To think that at the time this dress silhouette was featured in Pretty Woman it was considered scandalous is amazing, while nowadays the mini dress and over-the-knee boots is more than common. Via Butch Diva.

hey sexy dress i love it
Cute (but extremely unflattering) dress but…not gonna lie, the combination of that dress and thigh highs does look kinda skanky. I’d do gladiator sandals and a denim jacket.
It’s inspired by the movie Pretty Woman so that Julia Roberts wearing it with thigh hi boots and short wig is the original reference. If it ain’t broke, why fix it. However easy enuf to dress down w flats and denim. Thats cute too.
