Yves Saint-Laurent Resort 2011

Making me totally happy is the YSL Resort 2011 collection where Stafano Pilati serves  up a collection worthy of the great creator whose name the label bears. Illustrating the womanly side of  elegance and sophistication that has become almost rare in high end fashion .

 There used to be those labels that as a young woman you aspired to, not just because of their high end status  but mostly because of the refinement and   the sexy maturity they reflected.  I don’t necessarily see myself wearing all of the pieces  but there is a sense of history, to this collection  that I can fully appreciate, even a nod to the iconic “Le Smoking” (center) .
