Styleite’s Fashion Biz Power Grid

There’s a flashy new fashion site called Styleite, and what better way to launch it with a list that’s sure to stir up controversy and hurt feelings. The “Power Grid” ranks 1,500 key players in the fashion industry and divides them into categories (three of which are featured in the image above). The rankings are based on 10 metrics,  four that are Google-based. Which could explain perhaps why Naomi is ranked over Kate in the model category–in that another beatdown controversy may not count as a modeling gig, but it sure gets a lot of miles in Google news coverage.
