Rihanna American Music Awards
Rihanna peformed at the American Music Awards last night. A bunch of the performers took portraits. Here are a couple of shots from RihRih’s session. I’d say she’s in a kind of can-do-no-wrong phase where her fashion choices are concerned. Ten years from now she’ll be highlighted as a statement maker for this era. What can be said about the fact that she’s yet to make the cover of Vogue other than once again the mag has missed the boat.

I know it may seem like a big deal she hasn’t been on a cover of Vogue, but seriously lets take a minute to remember what black women have been featured on that cover… Beyonce and Michelle O are the only i can remember….that mag is outdated so we should count our blessings she hasn’t been on the cover of that boring magazine. At least the American version of it ….
I’d like to see her on W or V or maybe even Dazed & Confused. That would be epic
@ Dee , All your choices are indeed amazing, nonetheless I guess in our minds Vogue is still an Icon, or maybe their time has passed… French or Italian Vogue would be fantastic!
