Preen Line Fountain Cotton Jersey Dress

I always say that I have worn enough frills and ruffles in my earlier years to last a lifetime. Think of the cutest assortment of frills, lace and pastel poofiness with bows everywhere that  is irresistible on  a toddler then, imagine having to rock it  at sixteen . Yes it was that intense. As , I ‘ve  slightly recovered from my fear of frills and ruffles, I was won over by this jersey dress part of Preen’s diffusion line Preen line.
