When it comes to denim as far as we’re concerned, you cannot get more’ legit’ and authentic than Levis. Lots of denim brands come and go with editors , stylists  pegging them as the hottest thing  and some of them do indeed have us fiending, but in essence the pioneers will always remain. With a first lady rocking lanvin sneakers , brands like Margiela and Chanel producing designs  that have made even the sneaker shy lust. Stephen Jone’s Shadows&Dust  is probably one the the best collections out there when it comes to the use of leather in apparel. Thankfully not plastered all over the place  has kept a certain cachet of exclusivity over the years, with barely any advertising and huge press. For Autumn/ Winter 2009 the focus  for Shadows& Dust remains on quality and expertly crafted pieces like silk and leather dresses, ruffled leather jackets and much more. A closer look at my favorire pieces on the next page.

Marc Jacobs will launch a capsule collection titled ‘Don’t Miss the Marc’ dedicated to  the back to school season. Leopard and  Miss Marc prints tops, leggings ,colorful cotton scarves, denim with M logo embroidery to conquer the hitting the books season with style.Via voguefrance.
