I  love fashion too much to ever play myself and say that I could  rock these  puffy shorts , and not look like a cross between a toddler playing dress up and a member of Cirque du Soleil.  However these Bernard Wilhelm bloomer shorts are so fun, well made and made irresistible with a little  lace detailing in the back that I have to admire from a far. When low rise jeans became ‘de riguer’ and the fashion  police was appalled by the endless displays of backsides, I always thought that the simple answer was always the bodysuit.
