C & M  swimwear is filled with frily little numbers for summer. My favorite is the ruffled one piece with plunging neckline available in sleek black ( pictured above) and a super sweet pastel stripe. TV’s “Lucky’ Collection for Autumn/Winter 2009  is amazing. It’s quirky sophistication is so understated and their sturctured pieces are simply beautiful. The cone dress above looks like it belongs walking down a runway yet its easily wearable. TV hails from Autralia and is hard to find in the US but you can pick it up at American Rag in L.A.

The celebs came out last night to attend the opening of TopShop in Manhattan. Our fave (from a style perspective) ”Gossip Girl,” Taylor Momsen attended a VIP dinner at Balthazar, dressed in a cropped leather jacket paired with a bright pink skirt. Sultry and sexy!
