Dust La Rock ‘Best of the Beast’ Exhibit
Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Dust La Rock aka Joshua Prince later transplanting himself to Brooklyn, got his start in 1997 as a self-taught designer for Ecko Unlimited, helping the company emerge as a key brand in the early streetwear lifestyle movement. Bypassing art school, he continued to develop his unique visual dialect on projects for MTV, Nike, Zoo York, and many others. Yea. Dust La Rock is a pretty sick designer. I wonder if he did the video for “Gifted”- By N.A.S.A. feat. Kanye West, Santogold, and Lykke Li.
