Obey’s Hot to Trot Dress !

I ‘ve always had a weakness for clothes that move as you walk, that provide  a certain “entrance” making factor. Could it  be the massive amounts of couture shows I watched as a kid ?  The Obey Hot to Trot dress  nearly stopped me in my tracks as the perfect  entrance making  summer dress , with a sophisticated street wear flair.
