Agent Provocateur’s Summer Swimwear line is now available on their website. While their signature boot black prevails over the collection they do veer away to brighter, tropical hues as well. One piece’s with daringly low backs and cut outs are the majority here however Agent P. slays the bikini with a saucy black number with cap sleeves and little bows on the hips (you can check it after the jump).  The line is rounded off with 1940’s style two pieces in crisp black and white with red accents.

Here’s a second look at one of my new favorites, the collection of one of a kind apparel by Mexico based Ivonne Cohen. The use of  hand embroidered semi precious stones on apparel makes these pieces true  collector’s items. I’d rock any of them in a minute. A few of my favorite Ivonne Cohen pieces on the next page.

Consuelo Castiglioni of Marni is launching a capsule collection of apparel and accessories, in conjunction with her current spring collection, inspired by her favorite pieces from the label’s archives. Striped t-shirt dresses, tunics, men’s style trousers and lots of geometric prints.  The handbag featured in this image is a good indication that this collection will probably be a hit.  Available very soon. via Vogue France.

For all you flip-flop-aholics, you know the drill, you wear them all summer and by July, you have those weird tan lines on your feet, which stand out whenever you’re wearing any non-thong footwear. If you alternate with these cute, two-toned Sanuk “Ibiza” flips-floops, voila, problem gone! It’s the same concept as alternating your bikinis so you can get as all over a tan as possible. Not that anyone does that anymore due to concerns about skin cancer, but shhhh, I promise I won’t tell about the many of you who still go for a summer tan! Lord knows any day now you’ll get sent to jail for that shizz!

For Autumn/Winter 2009 , the lifestyle label Boy Meets girl created by Stacy Morgensten Igel pays homage “to the boundary breaking women who are not afraid to be different and go against the grain’. The collection  features her very endearing trademark logo, used on tees and sweaters, as well as great jackets like the slanted zipper jacket above.

Replaced by cardigans, hoodies, and blazers the denim Jacket is  slowly making a comeback , with non traditional cuts like the Paper Tiger’s  Bleached Denim. Available at PixieMarket.

A sampling of Seneca Rising’s Spring 2009 collection is now available at OAK. It’s the ever present draping of slinky fabrics  in very sexy cuts that caught my eye. There is not a structured piece in this collection, everything is loose and flowing. By far the must have is the slouchy suspender miniskirt (center above) for it’s super skinny straps and low slung waist line.
