Melissa has a long history of collaborating with well-known designers, who, no doubt, enjoy the chance to create shoes that by virtue of the plastic they are made with are lighthearted and fun. The Brazilian-based brand had more or less disappeared from the United States over the past few years, but it’s now back and its designs are as eye-catching as ever.
