Pencil skirts in all their restrictive glory are the hotness, the garment equivalent of a pair of handcuffs. Set off with a pair of high heels, it’s pretty much impossible not to have thoughts of sex when gazing on a woman wielding the full force of her feminine wiles via the straight-skirt strut.
