Fornarina is one of thoes labels hat rarely gets it wrong. They make the kind of colorful and sexy gear that those of us who subcribe the to the the darker more avant- garde  side of fashion can still appreciate.Aside from cool gear they are now launching a doll:

The Dunny,is Kidrobot's most iconic toy.The  Series 5 is here! With our own Toofly as one of the artists to have decked out the famed Dunny.

The Harajuko Girls did an appearance at Bloomies recently to hawk the Harajuko Lovers line, which, judging form the image, is pretty bag-centric. The line is cute and all, but I never did like the idea of using these four (or three, not sure) women as a weird sort of backdrop to Gwen and I doubt I ever will. Not trying to hurt the girls' hustle or anything; it's just the idea I'm commenting on.

After checking out the LouBs at MyPrestigium, I then headed over to the site's Chanel accessories section to do some further fantasizing. I'm not a major fan of brooches or pins for that matter, mainly 'cause I've never been a fan of grannie chic, but these are Chanel, which, in my case, senseless enamoration with an overpriced, high-end label trumps ickiness factor of brooches.

^^There are two other brooches to pick from on the other side, but I like this one the best by far, mainly 'cause it pays homage to Coco, who, in my head I've always decided was one of the original cool/fierce females and if she were around today would probably be designing kick-ass, street-inspired coutoure.

Kid Robot had one of Project's funnest/nicest booths and like its stores, just looking at it made you feel happy. Much to my utter delight, there were plenty of women's offerings AND they let me photograph away. The following are all from the Spring 2009 line:

The bossman sent us a link to some newly-released Louis Vuitton bags, which are printed with "jokes dear to Richard Prince." And my immediate response when I saw them was, who is Richard Prince anyway and the bags aren't that great either. But while I was at the site, I looked through the new arrivals and lo and behold, there was one heart-shaped change purse that was the hotness. The new arrival on the site is silver, but I found one being sold on IOffer.com in red:

At some conference last week, I kept running into this one particularly stylish woman, who was rocking a Gucci logo belt hard. At first, I was like, hmmm, that's cool. Haven't seen anyone run one of those in a minute. But then after I got back home, I realized I couldn't stop thinking of her belt. Clearly I had caught a bad case of the I-Want-That-Too! virus.

So off I went to Ebay and lo and behold, there was my new obsession:

^^This one is being auctioned until the end of May. The catch is that it's kind of huge. That's okay, I'll track one down that'll fit me eventually!

Fendi is celebrating the 10th anniversary of their famous Baguette bag. Just recently they released a blank Baguette with options of coloring it yourself as you wish. There is a limited-edition of 10 miniature Bearbricks, each personalized with the fashion house's logo in the same bright, cheery hues as the 10 anniversary-edition Baguettes. The Fendi Bearbricks comes in three different sizes, including a giant 1000% edition.

Unfortunately, just like with the Chanel Bearbrick, these will not go for sale, and will server as shop window decoration only! Via The Clones.

Here an interesting new Medicom release. This new series of Tofu toys comes under the theme "Art Of The World". Covered in this series are Avant-garde, Poparto-fu, Kyougeki, Utamaro To-fu and Cubism To-fu. The series is now available at Someday.
