I pay close attention the the shoe assortment at browns and I can't believe that I missed those...There are styles that carry over no matter the trend, this is one of them.whether whe are in a round to or pointy toe season( hopefully square toes are gone for good?) a black patent leather lace up is always,stylish and simple, definitely a classic

When I was looking up tags for this post I had to resist the temptation to qualify these babies as Art.Cesare Paciotti produces one of the most complete footwear lines kicks,stilettoes ,boots and flats.The style of the footwear is of course outstanding but what makes his lines even more special is the long history of craftmanship that surrounds them.Look on the next page for a few of the ones that made my"it" list,the whole line is fiyah!!

Obey Women's Spring 09 put a big grin on my face,when I visited them last week,the line is what I call fresh,fun and surprisingly dressy & sexy... There was nothing in that line that I could not wear...I have been playing with the term streetwear and its relevancy to this brand, and what I came up with is that the term street wanted to claim a certain authenticity to a lifestyle and an ideaology.
Obey has stayed true to that and has given their women the option to sass it up a bit...Its' hot enough to rock on the dance floor but still comfortable to hang in the hood...Make it what you like ,Fashion and Streetwear are about individuality!

Looking at Christian Lacroix's s/s 09 accessories I could not help but wonder if he was in his own way making a statement to the ridiculous standards of thin-ness the fashion industry holds their models to.If he was just moved by the shape of the skeleton or If it was a nod to halloween. A "Holiday" that takes bigger proportions every year in Ny at least... my caribean backround just cannot get into the spookiness... If you 've been around island folks you know what I mean some things you just don't play with...I'll rock that cuff bracelet tough...

Fendi's recent runway show was totally blah, but in looking over the images at Style, I was 100 percent smitten by one of the featured bags. There weren't any great shots of it there, but I checked over at photographer Sonny's site and natch, he had some great ones of this very it bag.
