Although my metallic blue shoes were a hit last night, after a few hours of jumping around, I really did wish I had those on.Metallic Converse All Star Hi @ Colette, in blue and fushia also.

A new Style from Booji ,The Regal-One ( A.P.B ) with a pinstriped black & white canvas material  upper with accents of black full grain tumble & oil pull-up leathers. Lined with a dot graphic pattern on midnight blue. The mid-sole is black EVA / lightweight with black rubber bottoms.

As a Female sneaker fiend I  have to say that details in kicks just get me , in this case the polka dot lining just works very well for me!

Reebok hosted a stylists preview of their Spring 09 Collection earlier this week. The womens Line is Bananas! More pics of the Straptastik ,and a few kicks rockin' gals & guys.

One of my biggest peeves has been attending  events where the women are decked out in all their splendor and most of the guys  end up looking like they were just kickin' in with the boys or heading to the bodega...

This does not mean that should leave your kicks and only do Ferragamo wingtips but,there is something about a man that can rock a pair of kicks and not make me look ridiculous walking next to him in my stilettoes. I saw this guy at the reebok party and I had to take a picture to illustrate my point.Look at him: tie,sweater,trench coat.classic,  but still a little street and the lady friend can still look relevant next to him(altough she totally could have worn kicks too!)

I know some of you might be like huh glam dresses and then Nikes? Why not It might seem random to some but hey, those are the kind of gals we are.Sexyness and Style comes from everywhere and we surely aknowledge that as much as we can.I wish some of you could see some of the kicks rocking fashionistas in Brooklyn,it's not a game!

The Good Will Out just received these very fall friendly Nike Quickstrike Vandals in a color called "Glitter Effect".Love the sheen and the mint laces contrast.More info Here

Kendo Just  received a bunch of cool new kicks , but of course the star of the assortment is this fabulously  glossy purple Nike Quickstrike,btw,I've been looking high and low for a nail polish in that shade ,any tips?
